Some of our club members, very familiar with the love of hand-building airplanes, embark on grandiose and unique building projects.  Often taking a year or more to build, these builders sometimes disappear from the flying site and hunker down in their shops under a mountain of balsa dust and CA fumes. The lines of ink on paper begin a transformation into three dimensional shapes of wood and fiber.  In a final miraculous event, the rains of Spring turn into lazy, dry Summer days, and these builders finally emerge with their unique creations.  

Lest we forget their names and faces, these club builders deserve a special place on our site as they work on their craft.  Keep the dying art alive guys!
