Our 20 Acre flying site was purchased, by our club, through the Bureau of Land Management in 1996. The beautiful runway, pit areas, shade structure, fences, bathrooms, picnic tables and parking areas are there today because of the efforts of many dedicated club volunteers. If you haven’t yet been out to Ash Creek RC Park, you will be blown away by how amazing this place really is with the first class facilities nestled into a first class setting.
For turn by turn driving instructions and a printable map to Ash Creek Park, use this online source and click on the #1 blue icon on the left side of the map page. It will then zoom in on the aerial view of the site, and you can enter your starting address for directions to drive to it. Interactive Map for EASY Driving Directions
Spectators are always welcome at the field when club members are flying. If the weather is nice, and winds are low, you can usually count on guys flying in the morning hours Friday through Sunday, and often times on weekdays.
